Method
• Pour all the seeds into a bowl & mix it with 250ml of boiling water.
• Let it sit for 10 mins.
• Divide into two portion if using as standard baking tray for 60cm oven. Leave as one portion if using a large baking tray for 90cm oven.
• Place it on a lined baking tray, with another sheet of baking paper on top. Roll flat & evenly (approx 3mm thick).
• Remove top sheet of baking paper.
• Bake at 150 C for 45 minutes or until slightly golden.
• Let cool before breaking into desired sized pieces. Best stored in an air tight container.
Makes the equivalent of twelve to sixteen packets of pre-made organic seeded crackers.
