Quick & Easy Vegetarian Cold Roll

Ingredients

  • 1x Packet of The Gathered Bowl Almond & Turmeric Pattie Mix
  • 1x Packet Rice Paper Wraps
  • Rice noodles
  • Carrot cut into thin sticks
  • Lettuce
  • Cucumber sticks
  • Tahini (or favourite cold roll condiment)

Method

  1. Make up 1/2-1cup of Almond & Turmeric Pattie Mix as per instructions
  2. Roll the mix into long sausage shape and then cook in a little oil.
  3. Rehydrate the rice noodles as per the packet instructions
  4. Rehydrate the rice paper wraps and place on a plate
  5. Layer all the ingredients (Almond & Turmeric Pattie, cucumber, carrot, lettuce, ricepaper) in the middle of the rice paper and drizzle with tahini
  6. Wrap up the edges and eat!!!

Serve with soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce or for a delicious twist make a satay sauce
