Looking to lower your Carbs and increase your protein intake? This breakfast might just be for you..
Ingredients
1/2-3/4 cup of your favourite unsweetened yoghurt (non-Vegan or Vegan... coconut, vanilla, swiss or greek style)
3 Tbsp chopped Almonds
2 Tbsp Pepitas
2 Tbsp Sunflower Seeds
1-2 Tbsp The Gathered Bowl Dark Chocolate (grated)
If the Breakfast Bowl is not sweet enough add a tablespoon of your favourite sweetner (Honey, Agave, Maple Syrup, Ricemalt).
Method
Place yoghurt in a bowl then top with the remaining ingredients the enjoy
